Alexandre Borde began his career as an economist at the World Bank before joining FAO in 1997. After service for the French Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development and then Dexia Asset Management, he founded Carbonium in 2004. Mr. Borde was also a lecturer at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris and at the University of Versailles. He holds a doctorate in environmental economics from the University of Versailles. In 2013, he published a book on the economic impacts of natural disasters at Oxford University Press. He now leads Carbonium and Cibola Partners. Alumni of ENA (promotion Simone Weil), Philippe Coste spent most of his career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has been an ambassador to Mauritius, Cambodia, the Czech Republic and Egypt. In Paris he headed the Center for Analysis and Forecasting and the European Cooperation Department. From 2004 to 2006, he was a diplomatic adviser to the Government and a member of the Foreign Affairs Council. He joined Carbonium in 2012 as Vice President and co-founded Cibola Partners. Graduate of AgroParisTech, Yang Zhang began her career as a project management consultant in the energy and environmental field for large industrial groups. She then joined BeCitizen, an environmental strategy consulting firm of Edmond Rothschild Group. She has worked with large groups, SME & Middle-market companies and investment funds on strategic and financial advisory missions. Since 2014, she has been supporting Chinese Sino-European business development and investment for Chinese investors and companies in French/European markets as well as for European innovators in Chinese market. Yang is also a graduate of Tong Ji University and the University of Agriculture of China. She speaks Chinese, French and English
Civil engineer of ParisTech Mines, Le Ban began his career as technical cadre at Veolia. It specializes in water and sanitation, with experiences in France, Switzerland, Morocco and China. For four years, he was a financial analyst on the carbon market as part of a partnership between Veolia and Carbonium. He is also specialist expert in the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank and the African Development Bank. He co-founded Cibola Partners in 2015. Mr. Ban speaks Chinese, French, English and Spanish

Heng Yin is a graduate of the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. He is an entrepreneur in the cleantech field in China since 2008, and manages a company with more than 200 people in the field of wastewater treatment. He is one of the experts mandated by the Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China for the development of China's sectoral regulations. Jean Pasternak obtained his engineering degree from Ecole Mines ParisTech in 1996 and directly started his career as a project and structured financing analyst at Energy and Infrastructure of Crédit Agricole. In the same sector, he then joined Wallonie Bruxelles International in the United States where he worked for two years as Head of Client Strategy and Project Financing in emerging countries. Before continuing his career, Jean Pasternak completed a year of Master's degree in Business Administration at INSEAD School. In 2002, he joined Schneider Electric China where first he worked as Head of Strategy and Business Development and then Head of Mergers and Acquisitions. After more than ten years of experience in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors as well as Project Finance and Corporate Finance, in 2009, Jean Pasternak became the Director of Carbon Strategy and Alliances at Schneider Electric. In this position, he was responsible for the implementation of carbon strategies in emerging countries. In 2012, he finally became Director of the Energy and Sustainable Development Department and held this position until 2016.
Christophe Angely began his career at Alstom and then joined the banking sector where he held several positions in investment banks such as BNP, Paribas, Deutsche Bank and finally Barclays in 2001 in London. For Barclays he was co-leader of Europe's Investment Banking Department until 2007 before getting an off-job Master 2 in Development Economics at La Sorbonne for 3 years. In 2010 he returned to Barclays with the mission to accelerate the creation or development of a new business of "Corporate banking" in continental Europe (excluding Spain). In 2014, he left the banking sector to join Ferdi, the main French think-tank specializing in developing countries and their public policies, also holder of the only Labex Research in Development Economics. He has since held the positions of Director of Strategy and Financing.
Stéphane Aver graduated from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University (Paris I) with a specialisation in business administration, banking and finance. He has over 20 years of experience in creating value-enhancement strategies and negotiating contracts at executive level with large multinationals in the field of high-efficiency/high added-value technologies. In 2002, he became Chairman of Tech Value SA, a firm that invests in disruptive technologies in the IT and service sectors. In 2006, Stéphane Aver founded Aaqius, of which he is the CEO, specialising in investment in innovative CO2 reduction technologies. He is supported by a management team with extensive technical and international expertise: Dr Jean-Baptiste Dementhon, Vice-President Technology & Platforms, Michael F. Lévy, Vice-President Research & Innovation, and Dr Karim Mokaddem, Chief Investment Officer.

Philippe de Dreuzy is the General Manager of Findev 2, a company specializing in investment funds and similar financial entities. Philippe de Dreuzy is also a expert in silviculture and other forestry activities.
After graduated from Banking Finance of Paris II Pantheon Assas University, Sébastien Leroy began his career as a financial journalist. He worked for five years in the financial services consultancy firm bfinance and then joined the daily newspaper AGEFO in 2006, specialized in financial and political news. In 2008, Sébastien Leroy joined the Financial Communication department of optical leader Essilor International. Since April 2016, Sébastien Leroy has been the Director of Analyst Relations and Financial Communication.
Juliette Perche is a graduate from the Paris School of International Affairs (Sciences Po Paris) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She started her career with the UNDP and was part of the UNDP-GEF Ecosystem and Biodiversity team. She also worked under a government agency in advising Thai Minister of Education and was in charge of evaluating and comparing the impacts of foreign development policy on education. She is a specialist on trade linkages and sustainable development involving data analysis and forecasting.
Graduate of AgroParisTech and the School of Government and Society of the University of Birmingham (UK), Antsa Razafimbelo holds multiple degrees. He started his career as a Component Manager of a sizeable portfolio at an International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD)-funded development program. After an MSc in Agribusiness Engineering he became the team leader of a UNEP-funded project on promoting the climate resilience of the agricultural sector through pilot investments in Madagascar. He was also a recipient of the prestigious Chevening Award, offered by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) of the UK Government to read for an MSc in International Development, and the EU mobility grant to read for an MSc in Management Engineering at the University of Stellenbosh, South Africa. He speaks French, English and Malagasy.
Erkang Du is a graduate of Montpellier Business School, major in corporate finance and financial market. Erkang did his apprenticeship during the second year of Master (2017) in CP Paris HQ as Cleantech Project Assistant. He was involved in most of the projects that are related to business development in China. He returned to China after his study and later started work for CP as independent consultant, engaging in Sino-European projects and other project in Asia. Erkang Du speaks Chinese, English and French.
Graduate of Paris Dauphine, China Agriculture University, and Paris Sorbonne, Bocar Yatassaye holds multiple degrees. He has confirmed experience with ministers and parliamentarians in charge of land issues, spatial planning, urban development, decentralization, environment and sanitation in several countries. He is an experimented professional with practical knowledge in strategic planning in environmental and social issues in the field of land issues, climate forestry, agriculture, natural resources management, climate change adaptation, infrastructure and urban development, stakeholder’s engagement, governance and participation from upstream to downstream issues. Bocar Yatassaye speaks seven languages including French, English, Spanish, Chinese and Wolof.
