Elisabeth Gaillarde is an agronomist and has a PhD in Socio-Economics. For nearly 15 years, she has been assisting the internal teams of major accounts in the development of innovations, by transforming technological know-how into a service offering. She began her career at the French National Institute for Agricultural Research (INRA) and at the French Agency for Ecological Transition (ADEME), where she developed the first Carbon Footprint tool in 2002, as Project Manager for Climate Change and Sustainable Development. Since 2007, she has been responsible for innovation issues within large groups, at Veolia Environnement between 2010 and 2015 and since 2015, at Colas (Bouygues Group) as Strategic Marketing & Innovation Director.
A civil engineer with a PhD in industrial economics and a former Fellow at the London School of Economics, Joël Ruet is a CNRS researcher at the Centre d'Economie de Paris-Nord and an associate researcher in the Governance programme at the Institut du développement durable et de relations internationales (Iddri) at Sciences-po Paris. He also chairs the think tank The Bridge Tank. He is a specialist in the economies of West and North Africa, China and India and author of several books on the subject.
Sylvianne Villaudière is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po 1986). She began her professional career in institutional communication consulting firms (Bernard Krief Consultants, Tilder Associates) and was Managing Director of EuroPanorama (Forum of European Regions). In 2000, she founded Alliantis, a communication strategy consulting firm, and thus worked with business leaders and organizations with a general interest and CSR project, before joining EcoAct in 2015. Since 2019, she is Vice President of the Société d'Encouragement pour l'Industrie Nationale.
A graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Nantes and INSEAD, Olivier de Truchis has fifteen years of experience in project financing with major banks, notably Crédit Agricole and BNP Paribas. For the past twenty years, he has been involved as a consultant in the structuring of project financing in the energy sector, notably with Engie. He manages the consulting firm Arclès.
Christophe Angely has held various positions in European investment banks, including Detusche Bank and BNP Paribas. In 2001, he joined Barclays Bank in London first as Head of the Investment Banking Department for Europe and then as Head of Corporate Banking in Continental Europe. Since 2014, he has been Director of Strategy at the Foundation for International Development Studies and Research (FERDI).
A graduate of ENA, Serge Degallaix was French Ambassador to Bangladesh from 1989 to 1992, then to Vietnam until 2001, diplomatic advisor and strategic affairs advisor to the Prime Minister from 2002 to 2005 and French Ambassador to Tunisia from 2005 to 2009. He is the CEO of the Fondation Prospective et Innovation chaired by Jean-Pierre Raffarin.
